Lime: "Ma-nao"
Lime is used principally as a garnish for fish and meat dishes. The fruit contains Hesperidin and Naringin , scientifically proven anti-inflammatory flavonoids. Lime juice is used as an appetizer, and has antitussive, antiflu, stomachache and antiscorbutic properties.
